the only apartment area at Edgebrook, most of them are single families, and
few condos. It is within Edgebrook School boundary. |

发帖数: 244 | 6 万分感谢上面两位的热心答复。我已经打电话问过了，说现在租7月份的房子还太早，让我五月底再打电话。由于必须六月底搬家，怕到时候又没有七月份的房子，真是发愁。所以打听看看周围还有没有别的公寓，看来是没有了。 |

没有入学考试，没有Random lottery，住在学校的Boundary就能进 the following
public schools in Chicago city:

edgebrook, closer to downtown, maybe more expensive. |

发帖数: 244 | 9 We do tried Lincoln Park, but the rent is super expensive, about 2-3 times
more than Edgebrook. That's why we gave up. Any other suggestion? Thanks.

airport(more noise). Or a little east to Sauganash neighborhood, not many
apts either plus so so school. Stick with Edgebrook if I were you, they have
a lot of units (at least 40+), I believe.
The other option is go to Wilmette. |

Edgebrook. We checked Wilmette, a little far from Chicago downtown, but
still an option.

1)Skinner West
We did not check this one since we thought exam needed for the enrollment,
we will check it
(2) ABRAHAM LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
We put more effort and time on this one, but the rent around this area is
super expensive.
(3) Bell
We checked this one also, no/very limited apartment around this area.
(4) Oriole Park (纯neighborhood)
We thought it's too far from downtown and did not check this one
(5) Edgebrook (纯neighborhood)
Just found this school, the location and school rating are both fine with us
. No apartment available now.
(6) Burley (纯neighborhood)
Hard to find apartments, most are townhouse.
(7) Blaine (纯neighborhood)
Same as Burley.
(8) South Loop (纯neighborhood)
Not check.
(9) Wildwood
Not check.
