senior software engineer < lead SE < principal SE < staff SE < senior staff
SE < principal Staff SE
是这样吗。 staff 和没 staff 有区别吗， 还是一个必须有PhD.
本人没有PhD， 是不是没法negotiate 到 staff 级别了

for employee.
She sounds happy and still have a lot of international business to do since
she travels a lot.
Moto solution hires a lot, ad is everywhere.
Are they doing video conference business?
Don't worry, big name company is always good on your resume.I met one IT guy
, with 2 years verizon's experience, he got 100k for his new job, so envy.

hire with Master or Ph.D might start from E08 (Senior Software Engineer).
then E09 (Senior Staff Engineer), then E10 (Principle Engineer). Then you'll
get so bored with a company like this and either get laid off or quit.
Fresh graduate with Ph.D or not won't get the staff level.

发帖数: 46 | 10 谢谢你的回复， 我只是觉得他们的项目很有意思（软硬结合，比较符合我的背景），
不太喜欢那些social media or cloud computing inc （当然可能人家也会要我）。
moto 现在的困境催其生变，也开始做一些时髦的玩艺，但有其强大的硬件资源，希望
能做出一些不一样的咚咚。 我比较担心的倒不是它layoff, 反正有了项目经验，对
career也是加分。 我但心公司会比较political, 尤其听说老印太多，会挤兑，呆得很
