utilities included!!! I only provide the Chinese TV, if you need English
channel, you need to activate the DirecTV. It costs about $50 a month.
My house is a 10 years old brand new house.
Rent of the room is $700.00 and plus one-month deposit. Deposit CAN'T USED
as the last month's rent.
