sent it back to get it fixed. but after two times, i found it still has the
same problem. I called the customer service, they were very rude. they told me
that i can not return or make an exchange. the only option is to repair it.
but i do not trust them. they repaired my computer for 2 times, but did not

Where did you get it ?
If you can't solve the problem, get a lawyer if you want and sue them.
Just bring them to court and let the judge solve your problem.

than 3 times, the buyer has the right to return or ask for a new one to
