高人!请问对糖尿病用药有没有什么建议呢。谢谢了!

糖尿病的治疗已经不单纯是药物的问题了,应该是心理饮食运动药物多方面杂合以
治,才最有利于回归健康。
前面我们讲到心理时,要恬淡虚无,讲到运动时,提出慢性持久的耐力运动,是最
有效的一种降糖方式。
提到饮食时,提出少荤多素,最有利于身心健康。
至于药物方便,这就要因人而异。
现在西方医学对于很多种疾病,还有生理生化都提出各种假说。
而我们中医一样可以提出很多有价值的假说,有助于大家凭借这些假说去用药。
我们来看糖尿病。
中医不管你什么病,认识都不出阴阳。
故张景岳曰,医道虽繁,然一言以蔽之,曰阴阳而已。
所以我们要从阴阳两面来观糖尿病。
血糖在中医看来是什么东西呢?
就是湿浊,血糖是粘滞的。
中医认为湿性粘滞。
血糖是一种阴成形的产物,为什么到后来病人脚部溃烂要截肢呢?
所以糖尿病如果从刚开始就不懂得祛湿,不注意祛湿,就会加快疾病的速度。
大家看,南方的桌子,哪里先烂,当然是接近地面的桌角先烂。
为什么低洼之处,湿邪腐之?
湿性趋下!
而人体最低洼处就是脚部,故糖尿病人这些糖浊沉淀在脚部粘滞堵塞,阻碍气机运
行,这正是湿邪的特点之一,湿性容易阻滞气机,阳气不能充分到脚底,脚部就容易冰
凉。
所以糖尿病病人,到脚部发凉时,就要特小心了,一个溃烂就有截肢之危。
所以我们从桌角烂到人的脚烂,看到的都是人相同的湿邪湿浊。
你如果只去看糖,那你不好治,你看到湿浊,你治疗的思路就广了。
所以中医一定要回归阴阳,这湿邪是阴邪,所以驱逐阴湿是治疗糖尿病的一个方向。
所以为何我们要建议早起的糖尿病患者,要泡脚,要赤脚在黄土地上走路,这样可
以减少阴湿沉积在脚底,而且晚上睡觉时,脚不凉,气血循环畅快,就可以减缓疾病的
进程。
但你除阴湿,只是治其去路,就像降糖一样,你如果不断其来源,那你治疗只走了
一半。
我们把这个驱逐阴湿,治疗糖尿病的理论,称之为桌角腐烂假说。
接下来我们要从阳气角度来论,要如何从来源上去治糖尿病,这就要提出另外一种
假说,叫汽车冒烟假说。
大家都知道,黄帝内经有六个字,奥妙无穷,看成打开万病之门的金钥匙,哪六个
字呢?
就是阳化气,阴成形。
湿浊是阴成形的产物,为什么会阴成形,当然是身体阳化气功能不足,阴寒才会成
形,血糖才会炼化不掉,所以湿盛则阳微,阳微则湿盛。
这阴阳两个矛盾,是对立统一,又此消彼长的。
当阳气不足微弱时,阴寒沉淀就多,这就是为何糖尿病的病人,大都发生在中老年
人阶段,青少年的比较少,因为青少年阳化气功能强。
中老年人特别是长期消耗阳气比较厉害的,过用身体比较剧烈的,他身体不能够利
用足够的阳气来炼化水谷精微,这些水谷精微就会变成糖脂或者尿酸之类的东西。
其实在中医看来,都是阴湿之物。
或许有些学生不太理解,我们就可以打个比方。
大家看新车买来,一开什么乌烟都没有,因为燃油被燃烧得彻底,而一旦车子报废
变旧时,你稍微爬个坡就冒乌烟,这前后加的油都是一样,怎么会出现两种不同的结果
呢?
我们把这冒的无烟,燃烧不彻底的油垢,就可以比喻成血糖以及各种脂肪尿酸等身
体病理产物。
这车子是因为老化了,发动机退化了,整体机件功能不足,说白了就是阳化气功能
不足了,才冒那么多乌烟。
你如果发动机功能好,燃烧得彻底,哪来那么多阴成形的乌烟呢?
大家看为何一些名车,烧油又小,又环保,不冒乌烟,而且速度快。
这就是车子零件功能强大,阳化气功能足,能彻底把油炼化的表现。
相反你一些普通的车,超载爬坡后,佷容易就到极限,就冒乌烟。
你不能怪汽油,都是加同样的汽油。
所以提高阳主气化功能,才是帮助身体的糖油彻底燃烧炼化的一个很好出路。
这就是为何用桂附地黄丸,可以治疗消渴。
这是在根源上强大脏腑阳化气的功能,所以病人消渴,夜尿频多,腿脚冰凉,往往
服用后容易见效。
同时为何我们要建议大家做慢性持久的耐力运动呢?
为什么说为微微出汗是最有效的炼化身体病理产物的方式?
原来这就是在助阳气化。
你不要以为垃圾就永远是垃圾,为什么在废物回收站里头,可以把垃圾燃烧后用来
发电。
所以血糖大家不要去排斥它,血脂也不要去厌恶它,那是因为你还没有找到一种炼
化利用它的方式。
如果找到后,你会变得更加强大。
中医不是见病杀病,而是化敌为友,不是把垃圾丢掉,而是变废为宝。
所以为何中医生用药,需要有这种阳化气的思维,你不是把糖浊脂肪杀死,中医是
通过把它们炼化,转为身体能量来利用而和解矛盾纠纷。
大家看慢性持久的耐力运动,微微出汗,不正是一种缓慢燃烧自己身体内部垃圾的
一种方式吗?
不正是一种不温不火,温火煲靓汤,把身体内的杂质彻底炼化吗?
所以我们建议糖尿病的病人,我们建议每天都要半个到一个小时的慢性持久耐力运
动。
记住不能不动,不动你阳就不气化。
也不能剧烈运动,不是助阳气化,而是在伤阳气。
只有保持缓慢持久微汗的耐力运动,那么很多垃圾杂质都会被炼化。
这就是为何那些热爱运动的人,最后他会把运动当成真正生命的享受,因为每次运
动一番阳气气化过后,那些阴湿阴寒浊阴,都被最大化地燃烧,通过汗酸排出体外,或
者通过大便小便,使这些浊阴出下窍。
如果大家读懂这阳主气化时,就能够看出为何有些医家用真武汤,或四逆汤,或理
中汤来治疗血糖高。
一些医家用平胃散、二陈汤、平胃散来治疗血糖高。
说白了都是从阴阳入手,提高脏腑的阳主气化功能。
当脏腑阳主气化功能增强后,那么阴成形的产物就越来越少了。
所以糖尿病一定要综合治疗,医患配合,多管齐下,始终贯彻这一条宗旨,阳化气
,阴成形,在把血糖血脂这类,阴浊炼化的同时,还要帮助它们浊阴出下窍,以及像垃
圾发电站那样转为正能量。
这样不但在治疗糖尿病,而且在提高身体的生存治疗,延长寿命,所以中医不仅仅
看在如何降血糖,它是看在如何通过提高阳化气的功能后,达到轻身耐老延年的养生境
界。

Embryonic Cloning Shows Promise in Diabetes Treatment
Healthy Stem Cells Extracted From Embryonic Clone and Changed Into Cells
That Produce Insulin
For the second time in recent weeks researchers said they used cloning
technology on adult tissue, rather than from a fetus or infant, to create
stem cells that potentially could be used to treat a range of diseases.
Researchers said Monday they created an embryonic clone of a 32-year-old
woman with diabetes, extracted healthy stem cells from the clone, and then
changed those cells into ones that produce insulin. The experiment marks
another advance in the quest to generate patient-matched tissue.
The long-term hope would be to transplant new insulin-producing cells back
into a patient and treat diabetes, which occurs when the body's natural
ability to produce insulin is impaired.
Scientists have made progress in treating diabetes by extracting healthy
embryonic cells and changing them into cells that produce insulin. WSJ's

The experiment, reported in the journal Nature, marks another advance for
cloning technology. Earlier this month, a separate team of scientists used a
similar approach to make new embryonic tissue from adults for the first
time.
In the Nature study, researchers put the patient's DNA into a human egg that
had its own DNA removed. The egg activated the patient's DNA and created an
embryonic clone of the patient—a minuscule ball of healthy stem cells,
which have the potential to become all other cells in the body. Further
manipulation changed the stem cells into insulin-producing beta cells.
"We find the cells make just as much insulin as the [cells naturally found]
in a human pancreas," said Dieter Egli of the New York Stem Cell Foundation,
who led the team that published the Nature study.
Dr. Egli and his colleagues now plan to transfer the freshly made beta cells
into mice to see how stable and safe they are, and whether they can cure
diabetes in the animals. Years of additional animal experiments will be
needed before the approach can be tried in people, and major hurdles need to
be addressed.
Some people oppose the idea of extracting stem cells from an embryo—whether
created by sperm and egg or via cloning—because they believe it is
tantamount to destroying a life. Cloning also is contentious because a rogue
scientist potentially could use it to transplant a cloned human embryo into
a womb to try to clone a person.
The latest study is the culmination of an effort that began in 2006 to make
new tissue for patients with Type-1 diabetes, which typically affects
children and young adults. The disease is believed to occur when the body's
malfunctioning immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta
cells. Unlike the more common Type-2 diabetes, its onset is likely
triggered by genetic and environmental factors, rather than diet or
lifestyle, and so cannot be prevented.
Dr. Egli is also an adjunct associate research scientist in molecular
genetics at Columbia University's pediatrics department, and several other
members of the experiment's research team are also affiliated with the
university. Key parts of the study were done at a New York Stem Cell
Foundation laboratory.
Several big challenges lie ahead. For example, even if perfectly matched
beta cells are one day safely transplanted into a patient—and normally
would be accepted by the body—in a diabetes patient, the malfunctioning
immune system is likely to attack and destroy the new tissue. Researchers
somehow need to prevent that from happening.
"We're acutely aware that we need to address both sides of the problem,"
said Susan Solomon, chief executive of foundation, a nonprofit group
involved in stem-cell research.
Another challenge is access to the human eggs required for "rebooting" a
patient's DNA into an embryonic form. If the technology ever does get used
commercially, doctors will need to obtain thousands of eggs to treat
thousands of patients.
Women who donate eggs for research undergo a painful and potentially risky
procedure, and in some cases are paid. The eggs in the latest study were
obtained in New York state; each donor was paid $8,000 per ovulation cycle,
before taxes. An average of about 14 eggs was obtained per cycle.
The authors of the Nature study said they obtained a total of 512 mature
eggs from 35 donors. According to the study, once the technique was refined,
15% of eggs successfully reprogrammed the inserted DNA to yield blastocysts
, a clump of 50 to 100 stem cells. About half of those led to healthy stem-
cell lines.

拿这种还在实验阶段的东西来糊弄人也就是为了骗funding。
但凡做过实验的都知道,多少年来多少实验data感觉可以很快治疗糖尿病,癌症,艾滋
病了?cancer immune therapy多少年了?到现在也还是实验阶段。中国倒是医院都开
始用了,泥妈,巨贵无比。结果怎么样?病人还是人财两空。
