算了，还是重新写一下吧。
今天做inspection，看到了这个crack，不知道有多严重？
外面有这个crack，里面现在还看不出来
想找structural engineer,不知道从哪里找好。正在努力中
哪位指点一下？多谢
2006年底房子，主要问题是，不知道多严重。你说不修吧，觉得很不爽，也不知道会不
会更严重。你说修吧，虽然builder会搞定，但是以后卖房还要写上这个。
inspector说这个不是cosmatic的问题。说什么share wall的问题，因为中间有个窗户

你给的图比较混乱，都是什么位置？ 看不出相应的关系。或者说你拍照，可以先拍个
全景，比如2层楼，然后指出裂缝的位置，放大图。
另外，inspector的报告，你也可以贴出来，这样好分析点。
感觉情况不是太好。

发帖数: 2 | 4 有没有全景照片，或者描述一下裂缝从哪到哪。如果从房顶贯穿到墙脚，那有可能是地
基不均匀沉降造成的。如果只是局部，那就要做一下荷载分析了。 |

below, which might be caused by the stress at the window corner or the
foundation settlement.What is the exterior system? Is it traditional stucco
on wiremesh and wood stud or brick or it is EIFS?
But I agree with the person above that you need to provide the whole picture
and how extensive is the crack. |

发帖数: 541 | 7 It is called shear wall not share wall. It seems like a dry shrinkage crack
on a stucco cladding wall. Or a crack due to uneven wall footing settlement.
Both of them are non structural if the wall is not load bearing.However,
due to the lack of information,I could not make the final judgment. |

can see from the last picture. The crack doesn't extend to the basement wall
. Therefore, the uneven wall footing settlement might not be this case. Just
my two cents. |

发帖数: 180 | 9 Shrinkage cracks usually are diagonal and map-like, just like a dry mud pond
, but of course there is vertical shrinkage crack. It could also be caused
by control joint behind the stucco, or lack of a control joint at the
location. The stucco is too rigid to bridge the movement behind. Well we're
having all kind of wild guesses, while we really need more information.
If lou zhu decides in the end this is not structural, you can just apply a
sealant to seal the crack, maintain it and monitor to |

发帖数: 304 | 12 可能只是墙皮的温度裂缝，也可能是基础的不均匀沉降造成的。具体要看这房子的结构
施工图。老房子的话这种宽度的裂缝很正常，新房子就要观察是否继续扩展了。
