We have lived this building for seven years and have to relocate now. It is
perfect location to raise kids and commute to City. Neighbors are friendly
and building management is professional. We enjoy the time to live in this
building.
Heating and hot water are sufficient and free.
The new tenant would need to sign a new 1 year or 2 year lease with the
landlord. |
