We are looking for one roommate to take the sunny, spacious bedroom in our 4
-bed 2-bath apartment. It is on the 31st floor in Newport with a wonderful
and open view. Room can come furnished with mattress, study desk, chair,
lamp, bookshelf and a big walk-in closet. Of course you can bring your own
furniture to make it more comfortable. Looking for Sep. 15th move-in. If you
want to come in earlier or later, we can probably work something out.
3-min walk to Newport PATH Station. 5 minutes ride to World Trade Center; 8
minutes ride to NYU and UnionSquare; 15 minutes to Penn Station/Midtown
Manhattan.
Mall and lots of shops around the apartment. Newport Centre Mall, Target,
Staples, BJ's, Shop Rite, Best Buy; Sears, Duane Reade& Morton Williams all
within 5 minutes walk.
There is heat & ac in every room, and rent includes water and gas; we split
Internet and electricity. The building has 24-hour Doorman, and laundry is
in building.
You will have three roommates. You will be sharing the common space with a
young professional and a graduate student, both in 20s, relatively quiet,
mature and respectful.

female roommate. Longer term preferred. Security deposit of 1.5 months rent
