for the nutritional supplement, functional beverage, and cosmetic
industries.
This is a full-time, technical marketing assistant position located at our
San Jose, CA headquarters. This position requires a bachelor's degree or
higher in related science and technology field or marketing discipline and
minimum one year experience. Technical experiences in nutritional supplement
, functional food, cosmetics, personal care, and/or related field is a plus.
Applicants must have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation
skills.
We are looking for self-motivated people who has ability to solve problems
creatively and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This
candidate must have the flexibility to multi-task and manage several
projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer software is required, especially Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and graphic design.
This position is immediately available.
Some of the duties will include:
Working with sales and product development team, research potential market
and customer demands for products and develop marketing strategies. Working
with technical team to develop marketing materials, as well as finding
sources to market products to ensure awareness and profitability. Updates
market and competitor analysis by inputting data from research and field
sales; performing cross checks; distributing reports. Prepares presentation,
marketing literature and brochures by compiling, consolidating, formatting,
and summarizing information, graphs, and slides. Able to read, analyze and
summarize professional journals, periodicals, research papers and knowledge
of regulations and market requirements. Provides marketing tracking and
research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and
trends. Research business opportunities and proposals. Updating the company
website and social media platforms with marketing content. Assisting in
developing sales materials. Communicating and participating directly with
customers. Providing administrative support to the team. Accomplishes
marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Assist with various projects including product development, trade shows,
promotions and marketing materials.
