后得到下面的回复。他们仍然否认用了老年痴呆这个词，大家以后不要对鬼子客气，有
钱就是爷。

He was referring to the slow internet connection, not the bidders. Our
Chinese customers are some of our best and most loyal. The auctioneer is
actually my father and the boss, I.M. Chait and he would never insult
any customer. As a matter of fact, he has been in the Asian Art business
for over 40 years and truly loves China, the culture and people.
I am sorry for the misunderstanding and will tell him to be more clear
with his comments while waiting for the online bidding.

Hello,
I watched the online auction "Asian & International Fine Arts Auction"
today.
The old auctioneer seems not very patient. He called the Chinese
customer online "dementia" and "slow". This is offensive and not
professional at all.
Everybody knows that it is important to keep the clients happy or the
company may loose their business. I believe I.M Chait doesn't want to
have the established reputation ruined either. I respectfully suggest
that you re-educate the employee to show respect to the customers.

而且哥发现, 想哥这么温柔含蓄的人, 一旦发飙满嘴fuck的时候, 还是蛮能唬人的. :D
后来倒是有点后怕, 好多dealer身上都带枪的.
