How much is too much? Above 2300mg per day, or one teaspoon for not-at-risk
people. Much less for those at risk (family history, age, and so on).
Practically, I go by taste and try to eat as little sodium as I can. I am

pot...haha..yes my kitchen is clean..i cant eat in food if its messy...
