about cheshire 'cauz i am working in new york and lp is working in hartford.
most of folks around are saying there could be more defaults this year. not
sure should wait another year.
any other towns you would recommend? 300k-400k is the budget i am thinking
now. single family house would be preferred.

有很多人对学区好,很在意.这会造成该区房价的坚挺,今后想卖时也更容易脱手.如果撇
开这个因素那选择面会更大一些.
Location 也是个重要因素，交通便利，上下班方便，想租出去就容易些。卖房子时，
对方也会这么想。
现在有IRS 给的$8000 Credit,应该是很好的买房时机。

Yes, you must enter into a contract to buy a principal residence on or
before April 30,2010. You must close on or before June 30, 2010.

hill，glastonbury, south windsor, 如果不在乎学区的，mancheser, vernon, new
britain都可以考虑啊。 |
