stamford, CT. The size of the townhouse is 1350sqft.
One large room on the second floor with one large walking-in closet. Shared
living room, kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer. The room is furnished
with one full-size bed, a working desk, a chair and etc.
There are guest parking in the townhouse community.
5 mins driving distance to downtown stamford and 5 min walking distance to
Glenbrook train station.
I am an easy-going, neat, and queit working profession. non-smoking male
preferred. No pet please.
The monthly rent is $850 including all the utilites(water&sewer, internet,
cable upon request) except electricity bill, which runs around 40 bucks
normally.
Starting from Sep. 6-month or short term lease is preferred.
