total time 26'05, avg speed 23.0 mph, max speed 32.6 mph, avg HR 172 bpm,
max HR 177 bpm, avg cadence 92 rpm
last year's PR was 25'40 with zero wind, so this is not too shabby to start

this is how it feels to be riding like a pro. and the carbon wheels start
to hum at those speeds, it was pretty sweet. | m******e
