用一下 for what? on paved paths? commuting? actual mountain bike trails (
meaning off road--no pavement, on dirt, with rocks, hills, mountains,
ravines, ups and downs. man, i hate to have to explain this every time)? if
you need specific recommendation, we have to have specific information.

comfortable on. go to a bike shop and try out all bikes within your price
range and pick the one that feels best.
unless you plan to do your own repairs, don't buy from a supermarket.
