but not upward. therefore you may compete in any proficiency classification
level higher than the minimum proficiency level for which you're eligible,
meaning a person without any backgroud is free to enter in any event bronze
through champ.
a point is awarded when:
a) placing first in current classification if a semi-final was danced.
b) placing first, second or third in any higher proficiency level of the same
