used samba and merengae music for some areobics movement
it could burn a lot of calories, but I have to say the 'dance' is pretty

发帖数: 629 | 5 I did it for several classes at the Y. It's fun, but it bothers me to dance
an off-time cha cha...this actually made it so much harder, ha...
and the fact that you are wearing sneakers instead of some sort of suede/
leather soled shoes makes it even harder. At the end, it bothers my legs and
you need to undo your latin technique. I guess, OTOH, I could've invested
in a pair of dance sneaker though. not sure that would make much difference. |

对男士来说，找对timing的确比较难，如果从曲子中间开始的话
