点，不知道南湾哪里的ballroom比较好？希望能找个舞伴一起联系，这样可以进步快些

Anyway. Here is another attempt.
Starlite (now Cheryle Burk Dance. http://www.cherylburkedance.com/MountainView/index.html) used to be the most popular studio for social dancing in the south bay. Some of the dancesport people in the south bay also practice there before it was moved to Mountain View.
I don't think they have top notch teachers for group lessons now. I try to
go to Christine's Latin class on Saturday morning (so that I don't totally
forget what I know) if I can get up. She has two classes, one for the
beginner (@10am) and one ( @11am) is called advanced (which is not that
advanced). Not that I highly recommend Christine because I feel some of the
things she teaches are different from what I learned from much better pros.
If you don't have extensive dancesport experience, you may find her class ok
. If you wear a red headband (红头绳) to this class, I will be able to
recognize you in the class. Kidding.
There are also Dance Spectrum and San Jose Dancesport Center (now called
Dance Boulevard). Latin wise, you may see U.S professional finalists
teaching at Dance Spectrum.
If you are into standard, Imperial Dance at Redwood City is the best place.
A lot hardcore standard amateurs go there.
If you are serious in dancing, you need to take private lessons from the
best pros. For example, Charlotte will be in town teaching at Imperial on
15th and 16th. But from what you said, that sounds too early for you. :)
