2. 如果有账户从左边进入.没有的话.走右边.
3. 从右边进去,页面会要求你选择问题.请什么都别选,用最下面的Summarize输入条.
***写这个: "Could PayPal waive the fees for donation transactions for the
earthquake area in Wenchuan China?" 或者其他类似的话.有长度限制.另外网站会做
关键词检查.***
4. 点继续,会被要求填写名字,和写一封1000字的邮件.写邮件的时候,不要修改原本的
标题-貌似这个界面里的标题框,只能删字,不能再输入.
