waiv
e the fee in the receiving account, but they misunderstood it and told me I
have
to upgrade from personal account to Premier/Business account to get
Standard Re
ceiving fee of 2.9% + 30 cents.
I am willing to explain to paypal if they haven't decided to waive the fee.
Please keep us updated on that. Thanks.

oked to remove fees for nonprofit org. Kkk's org is not non profit not
qualify. However it doesn't hurt to talk to them. |
