the problem is, now, most of our directors are in China
waiving or reimbursing PayPal fee is not the most critical issue.
Delivering the medical and living supplies is No1.

while OSCCF not. Thinking that both of them 501(c)(3) orgs, I would suggest
OSCCF to contact SVTN (there are a few tele # at the post ZhiDing) to see
how SVTN can be granted while OSCCF effort failed. In the light that there
is a large amount money transferred, it would be of our best interest to
have it done.
You can tell that I am a supporter of OCEF, however, I did not choose OCEF
this time, only because of the paypal

I do not know how much money you have collected. Let me assume that you
collect the similar amount as SVTN, which is now $488k, with 2.9% paypal fee
, it would be 14.15k fee charged by paypal, which equals many medical and
living supplies that could have been delivered to the victims.
I did not see that it is unnecessary for the paypal refund. The link for
SVTN is as the following. (The fee for previous donations are also refunced
