sp1 now.
This is backward compatible project type the asp.net team introduced as a
remedy for the web site project and became much popular(maybe) than the
orignal web site project. And as I remember, express edition just can't
allow you to add any new templates like the 'project file based web
applications' and the web deployment project they introduced after the
product is shipped. I don't know if the SP1 can be install
