should be paid by the employer. I applied the PERM (9089) on October, but I
signed the agreement with antoney on Jan 07. Should I have to pay the legal
fee or my company pay should the fee? My antonry says I need to pay the fee.
But I think it should be paid by my company. Anyone knows? Thanks so much! | S*p

The U.S. Department of Labor published a final rule that will improve
program integrity and close opportunities for fraud in the employment
certification of non-U.S. citizens for permanent residence in the United
States. The document is attached below for your reference.
