If it is PERM-based, you may not be able to keep your PD if you leave your
country before you file an NIW-based 140, have it approved and relinked to

can go back keep your PD in your future.
And you can go back china and come back later to re-Apply PERM, and then re_
apply I-140. you need to re-apply both PERM and I140 but your PD can be
