发帖数: 989 | 1 Here is my thought. Many Chinese filed EB2-NIW before or around 07/2007 even though they might be qualified for EB1. The reason is obvious, easy and they can get EAD/AP soon. Why bother a more difficult
EB1? But they are tired of waiting now. So many are upgrading to EB1. According to many, EB1b is so close to NIW. I calculated and found that there are about 1274 485 decease in half a year. And that's the PD NOT
current. In another word, I add the visa consumption LATER THAN current PD. I thougt |

there should be a shortage of EB2
application because many have rushed into during the 07 summer.
So you have a good chance.

data. So 2008.12 PD should be 3.5 to
4 years if there is not much EB3C upgrading.
To gate. I have included 07.07 in my calculation. So that's not a barrier
anymore. Your PD is still good. Or you
can try EB1 and make some space for me:) My PD is much later than yours and
even liehuo's.

you will find the average number with PD in 2006 of EB2C is about 500-700
each month. while, the 07/07, there just about 1500-1800 EB2C. So that is
not the big peak over there.
my PD is 07/13. I prepare the application a year before 07/07. |

名额当然重要，但是提早485/AP/EAD对这些人来说意义重大啊.不管是3年还是5年10年
。。。
我个人觉得身边赶上大潮的人已经很幸福了——LD上班，回国不用签证等等 |

act that we can keep going on? If not,
who should we contact to get a new act? How? My PD is the end of 09. To me,
spillover is "Far Water can not
help Near Thirstiness". 485/AP/EAD early submission is what most interested
me. I will do some research
when I have time. If time comes, I might join NIU for the program. Wish you
can support the program!
