my EAD renewal. If I resign before my EAD renew get approved, can my
company terminate my EAD renewal request? should I wait until my EAD renewal
get approved and then resign? Thanks. |

EAD是你的。只是你的公司的律师帮你file了而已。
顶多是小气的公司跟你要这340块钱，他们没权利去撤销属于你的申请。
