PD 2003 early April EB3. Current since May 2010.
1. Did SR early May; got standard reply saying “we are working on your
case. Please come back check with us in 180 days.” Really not very helpful
information.
2. Went to info pass early June; met a very nice IO. She told me that I
have passed all the checks; My finger print is OK; My case is assigned to a
IO in the middle of May; Everything is ready; All I have to do is wait. Felt
much better after that visit.

发帖数: 5 | 30 Actually paper works started late 2002. So it is almost 8 years.
Being stressed by this issue for so long, I was still a little worried even
after the welcome letter. When you are dealing with USCIS, you know they
could mess up at any time. I only feel truely relaxed after I got the card
yesterday. I am telling all my friends the good news now.

1. it was under "initial review" all the time.
2. it is changed to "Decision" the day I got welcome e-mail.
3. it is changed to "Post Decision Activity" on July 9th.
4. I got my green card on July 12th.
It never went to the last step "Document Production". I never got e-mail
saying "Card Production Ordered" like others. So don't worry if those two
things didn't happen to you. You will get your card. I believe July 19th is
the day they actually mailed |
