倒数第三步，decision, 是关于你的welcome notice (这个先到，你有一份，律师有一
份）
最后一步是绿卡的制作，就是放出去找人做你的卡了。（这个是真正的绿卡）
倒数第二步是告诉你，你的卡做好了，我们给你寄出来了。

receive card you must carry it with you at all times if you are 18 or older.

首先,我的I-797C上Notice Type is: Approval Notice
然后,除了说给律师寄了一份外,就2段内容
