one of our own members MDix claimed Mar 08 2008..is the cutoff for Sept 10

(ZZ) My PD is Oct, 2006 in EB2. There was a soft LUD on 08/02/2010 and so I
called USCIS to know what's going on as there were no updates on my case. i
was transferred to 2nd level rep and she said that my case is being
processed and that visas are available and will be assigned soon. My RD is
07/02/2010 and thats the date she said the applications are being processed
by. I know they dont go by the RD and I reiterated several times that July
2nd is the RD date and not PD but she said cu |
