From this table, we can see there are huge numbers of J1 and H1B visa
holders come from China after 2006, they already got Ph.D degree in China. 1
or 2 years after their coming to USA, most of them filed EB1 or EB2-NIW if
they don’t want back China. This is the reason why there are huge visa
number demands increasing after 2007, even 2008-2010 economic recession does
not change this tendency. |

部份都还在学校。这些人当中，能走EB1的都走EB1，结婚的结婚，走庇护的也有，回国
也不少。不是个个都走EB2/3这条路的。 还有就是这些人当中，有一部份是来读本科，
也有是来读研究生。这些年增加的多数是读研究生和本科的。他们要申请NIW，谈何容
易。但长期来说，如果不改革，中国是有追上印度的可能。

40000 Chinese people file EB1/EB2/EB3. China has trained too many Ph.D
students every year.

。目前，移民局还在处理这些申请。一旦处理时间过了那段时期，申请的处理速度应该

It is totally wrong.The more Chinese people entering USA, The more filing
EB1/EB2/EB3, so after that time, it will take more time to process. For
those PD 2008,2009,2010, maybe will wait many years to get GC. |

It is totally impossible. I have heard these kinds of "expections"many times
. No way to be current at least several years.
Definitely after 2008 more Chinese people filed EB1/EB2/EB3, the numbers of
increasing are dramatically. |

From NIH , I know A lot of people got Ph.D in China in 2004, 2005, they
filed NIW in 2006,2007 in USA.
So there are so many people filed EB1, NIW recently. |

in this country for those who want to stay."But for those PD 2008, 2009,
2010 need to wait longer time. For so many Chinese people have already
joined this long waiting list.
