d********u 发帖数: 386 | 1 I have valid AP and H1B visa, which was approved when I was in the US.
Now I want to go back to China, and the International Office HR told me that
I have to apply for the H1B visa stamp from the US Embassy in China in
order to return in valid H1B status.
Is this true? I had thought AP is enough and do not want to take the trouble
and time in the Embassy.
Anybody has such experience? Thanks a lot in advance. |

If you can not use AP, why applied for it in the 1st place?
My company law office told me to use AP returning to US after a business
travel. And they never mentioned any concerns about my H1B after using AP. |

your passport? You got your H1B in US, right? |
