问我的律师，说要等到90天才可以向senator发信。现在除了等，没有别的办法.
我可不可以要求expedite service by myself? can I do it over the phone or must
go to the local info pass office? any bad consequences of expedite request
beside rejection?
I can't take days off during the gap either :-(

5天之内没有动静再打电话
我是打电话了9天网上批的，没赶上拿到新卡老卡就过期了，好在HR认了网上的status

Try (1) Fax to request expediting your case; (2) Call the 800 # to request
expediting your case; (3) Contact your local senator for help.
At last, remember to give them the same reference number (your case # or
expedite #) so that USCIS won't generate any other duplicated case...

才40天就寄来了。刚好在到期的那天，可惜那天是周末。 |

我也和楼主同样的情况，老卡10-1过期。renew申请7月底交上去的，结果新卡直到10-
26才被批，近两周后才收到卡！！！
期间打1-800客服电话4次，在local field office通过INFO PASS面谈了一次都没啥用
，最后也就只能死等而已。因为是做政府部门的没得通融，结果白白损失了几千刀，还
好没有丢了职位。
建议楼主直接INFO PASS到local office去面谈一下，说不定有啥“惊喜”。我同时申
请了AP，在网上一直也是没有更新消息，还一直担心是不是被条子盯上了，后来到
local office去一查，AP早在9/15就已经批了，不知道为什么网上没有显示而已！！！
我看移民局还是不要闹什么Change了，就以前的方针政策速度效率就行了，俺们都习惯
了。现在搞得毫无规律的，受不了。这帮猪！

4 months ago..... My LD quitted the job to move w me to a new city....

few days before I get the physical card. Such a big relief :-)
