八个月了，
还没消息。可以从新申请吗？

RE-FILE是最好的办法...DENY后损失不了多少PD的...
我的律师就是这么处理的...DOL说我的AD报纸没有周日版,,,淳ZB车但...
但律师决定RE-FILE,,,而不是APPEAL,结果2周就批了...I-140一天就批了...

through the advertising and interview process again? Thank you. |

发帖数: 2459 | 9 Re-filing is just to correct the errors made by DOL. Actually, the attorney
can do it right away. No need to do the ad and recruit process. In this way,
you could avoid the very slow line of appealing. So, you have the control
instead of DOL.

certification appeals)。说是board，实际上只有一个律师在做“initial review”
。他有结论之前case是不会真到board那里的。单独2010年一年据说就有1600+case被弄
到BALCA去了（当然是因为08的audit大潮）。 |

发帖数: 367 | 14 Was it a harmless typo? If so, you may wish to keep the PD.
BALCA reversed the denial of a PERM application in a decision issued in July
2006, Matter of HealthAmerica. The initial deinial of the PERM application
was because of a typographical error.

可能给你十分可靠的建议。最后结果看运气更多。还是找有真正办过类似案子经验的律
