It has been one month waiting. Did the SR two weeks ago. The replying is
under review.
So I can file another expedite SR, right? But how to do it.

just call the same number and tell them that you want a expedite request.
they will ask u why and u just make up a story. but make sure it's a good
and complete story since they will write down what you said and give it to
the officer

request.
