有谁知道, PERM 的 audit rate 是多少?

THe above link gives the regular processing time and audit time. The audit
takes 26 months!
If I stay with my current job, I might have a chance to submit 485 in two
years. If I move on, the new PERM could take 2 years to get. What if during
this two years, the cutoff date is current for me?
The cutoff date won't regression, right? If that is true, the worst case for
me is that I have to wait longer for a new PERM. On the other hand, I could
have a more stable job in the new place.

Are you sure the new company will sponsor your PERM?
Are you sure it'll be EB2 as well?
Are you sure they will start PERM immediately after you join them not delay
for 1 or 2 years?
Are you sure there are no US workers qualify?
Are you sure the new job is more stable? Remember, you'll be a new employee
in the company.
Just my 2 cents for you to consider before jumping off the cliff. |
