特别是Bruce Morrison更是说Congress应该把注意力放在Green Card上，而不是H1B上。
Ron Hira, Ph.D 是anti-H1B的。但是即使是他也主张要clear green card backlog.
很多人，包括议员和总统以及部分比较温和的反移民组织如FAIR，还是比较支持high-
tech immigration的。
但是最后坏事的可能还是那些极端反移民的组织和个人，比如www.numbersusa.com及其
头目Roy Beck。
