发帖数: 140 | 1 I already had my PERM and I-140 approved. Still waiting for filing I-485.
Got promoted during the GC application, from junior analyst to senior
analyst, recently to manager. Still same company, same group, almost same
job responsibility. Do I need to file a new PERM & I-140 due to the tilte
change because my current PERM is under junior title? If I don't file a new
application, is there a big risk or what I should do when I am able to file
I-485?
