priority date), 140, and 485. Either one can start, the other can join in
the third also the last step. Of cause, both can start for security if
companies pay the costs (or you don't so much) in case the primary applicant is laid off before
your 485s have been pending for 180 days.

associated GC is not similar to the one that is eliminated in the past 6
months.Otherwise, chance of audit and denial is big. I think you can try as
long as your company is ok. No hurts to you even if it is denied.

如果只是雷掉一两个人，不上报就没问题。
