My attorney estimated there will be 35k new EB2 C&I demand between August
2007 to Q2 of 2008. With these new cases, next year the spillover will not
be wasted.
From July 2007 to Dec 2007, around 15k C&I EB2 demand
Q1 and Q2 of 2008, around 20k C&I EB2 demand.

7月份的vb解决掉11077人
8月份的前进速度应该等同吧
9月份应该是对2008年pd的开放

发帖数: 1162 | 13 my attorney estimated there are 37-38k spill over totally. I mentioned this
last month. Nobody believed this number at that time.
this year the spill over will clear all the cases which have been pre-
adjusted. Therefore, the spillover number is bigger than the demand. At
least 3k of spillover will go to EB3 this year.
There are around 6k PWMB demand, but they can only submit 485 in this summer
and there is no way to approve them in a short time.
So, finally we will have 6k EB2 demand, but the spill over can not go to
them. These 6k PWMB has to consume next year's demand.
There is an even bigger demand between August 2007-Dec 2007, around 14-15k.

财政年度也就没有SO了，为什么要在9月份开放？没有道理啊。
