demand for next Fiscal Year.
I think you have some chance to submit 485 in the next summer, but the
chance is a little small because there are estimated 80k demand before you.
You should be able to submit 485 in the summer of 2013 for sure.

2. because the PWMB demand can't be approved in this summer, so they have to
consume next year's visa. they may move the PD back to March-May of 2007
when next FY starts.

说9月份开放到了
2008年底，然后把排期一直放在这个地方，或者哪怕每个月只前进一个星期，我实在想
象不出这对大家
没有任何害处，或者会给USCIS造成什么问题。
