Now at NSC
SR on June 3 by lawyer but no response yet.
Senator checked with NSC last Thursday. He got a response Friday from there:
Case assigned to an officer on June 6. Please allow 30 days for the officer
to take final action.
Called at the first time. Told to wait for decision. Seems no issues with my
case.
Called the following week. No info was released since two calls were too
close.
No emails. No cell message. No update on USCIS website.
It seems the transferred cases are being forgotten?!
What can I do next? Thanks. |

新的RD，重新排在队尾处理了。我的刚来了个RFE，你的大概也快有消息了。没被
transfer过的应该都处理的差不多了。 |
