We didn't know that we were supposed to file change of address form. We
filed 485 at old address and renewed EAD, AP with new address without any
problem.
Will it be an issue that we never filed change of adderss form? Thanks!! |

发帖数: 18118 | 2 according to law/regulation, you should notify USCIS whenever you change
address. But seems their system not syn each other.
Your problem is your 485 may ship to your old address. |

发帖数: 56 | 5 It doesn't help even by filing AR-11, I did so but USCiS didn't update their
system address.
And when I called in May,they tried to update with my new address,
unfortunately the lady who took my call had 3 typos in my address, end up I
received my SC notice 1 month later.(in new address)
And it seems they didn't update address after the call,my approval notice
was sent to old address,and returned to USCIS before they sent to my new
address. My GC was said send out on 6/17, till today I have not received it,
guess they sent to the old address again. I need do an info pass soon...
