Relink successfully : 2 EB2-relink different PD
2个140。一个PD:02/07(EB2-NIW)。 485原来是根据另一个140(PERM-LC, PD 04/07)。7
月1日140-NIW排期到，当天发信（附后）。其实如果不发，原来的140-EB2-PERM在８月
也到了。又怕万一这期间倒退, 还是写了信。
今天打了个电话问了下。第二个正式接电话的好像是IO，名字不好意思没有听清，态度
很好。
晚上8:16分网上受到３个人一样的更新：
。。。On July 20, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on
the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days
。。。
刚才10:30, 又发来３个人一样的更新：
。。。On July 20, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you....
应该是绿了。
因为连接成功，现在是７月，比另一个140的8月早一点。所以，如果有机会，哪怕一点
点，也不要放弃。
多年在次潜水，收益不少。贴出我排期当前第一天(7月1日）一大早发出的信（按朋友
模板匆匆忙忙改的），以表示感谢，对他人也许有用。祝大家好运~~~。

Re: Request of Interfiling Pending I-485 to Approved I-140 of EB2-NIW
Dear USCIS officer:
I am writing and asking for your kind help on the interfiling issue.
I have a pending I-485 petition. I have two I-140 petitions, one under EB2-
National Interest Waiver (NIW) category (Priority Date is 02-xx-2007), the
other one under EB2-PERM labor certification category (Priority Date is 04-
xx-2007), both of which have been approved.
According to the U. S. State Department July 2011’s Visa Bulletin, the EB-2
China visa category is current to the date of March 8th, 2007. Therefore,
my I-140 EB-2 NIW (Priority Date 02-xx-2007) is already current.
My pending I-485 was originally filed based on my I-140 EB2-PERM. According
to the USCIS' policies on interfiling, I would like to request my pending I-
485 to be interlinked to my I-140 EB2-NIW (Priority Date 02-xx-2007), which
is current now.
At the same time, I would also like to request my husband XXX’s pending I-
485 and my daughter xxx’s pending I-485 to be interlinked together with my
pending I-485.

要是我早点知道就好了，说不定早一个月拿绿卡。当时问了两边的律师，在版上也问了
，没有什么理想的答案，就选择了等一个月。
