target against small company, but simply saying even a 1million people
company with 1 researcher will not qualify.
eb1c(correct me if wrong) is for "managers", so literally that means you
would need to have someone to manage?
So, nothing is against small companies, it simply has to meet some
requirements which logically excludes one-man company.
