applications for adjustment of status in the U.S. and immigrant visa
applications abroad will not be accepted and will not be approved until
October 1, 2011, due to the unavailability of FY 2011 immigrant visas

发帖数: 3322 | 4 剩下的9月份我们将几乎见不到EB绿卡的批准.如果奥先生10月EB只是为了收DEMAND进来
而不是按季度SPILLOVER,那么大多数中国EB排期到的人将不得不等到明年有剩余名额的
时候才能拿到绿卡,变成一个对应07大潮的10月小潮,如果剩余名额不多的话要等更长时
间.反之则可早日拿到绿卡.

发帖数: 8211 | 5 简单的说中印eb又被整了一次.既然是用完了名额就停下来了,那么9月的排期即使是C也
不会影响到批准的数量,也就是说9月的排期本来是完全可以都是C的,然后大家都能交
485,然后uscis能建立大量的库存然后精确控制每月的批准数量.9月显然是做这件事的
唯一的最佳时机,结果没有做,然后大家就慢慢等吧!

另外担心浪费名额的，可以不用担心了，２００７年后DOS，USCIS绝对不会再浪费名额

发帖数: 3796 | 16 USCIS是可以精准控制批准的数额的，有种说法是每天其实O也能看到USCIS审批多少的
数据。
一般一年头一个月（１０月）都会多批一些，原因是的确有在最后一个月，也就是９月
份一些人开始给分配了名额，后来名额没了，就停止审批，得等到来年有名额再发放。
我感觉是头一季度EB１和EB２ROW会比原来估计的多。
但是我相信第一季度剩余名额绝对够清理现在EB２的库存，要求CURRENT是合理的，没需求，为什么不大开放，而且新放近来的４个月或半年后才能形成实际需求。如果２７％实行，EB２等于无案可批，为什么不能CURRENT？
