方找一个对应领域的工作很难。现在file 485 排期到了，可是我还可file吗？如果可
以，我的file会因为我没有工作而被拒绝吗？USCIS上我也没找到有用的东西，请大家

from an employer stating your title, duites, and salary. This is required
for all EB2 (NIW and PERM). NIW just waive your labor cert but not a job. |

发帖数: 417 | 17 刚才在uscis官网的file 485的材料页上看到关于雇主雇佣信的说明如下：
If your Form I-485 is related to an employment-based visa petition (Form I-
140), you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petitioning employer
which confirms that the job on which the visa petition is based is still
available to you. The letter must also state the salary that will be paid.
由于NIW不是an employment-based visa petition， 这是否说明即使我现在没有工作
，我依然可以file我的485？
还有就是关于配偶的说明
If the spouse is in the United States, the individual derivatives may file
For I-485 at anytime after the principal is approved, if visa number is
available.
因为我没有工作，file 485 风险比较大。上面这则关于配偶的485规定是否说明只要夫
妻一方有绿卡，另一方只要在美国境内就可以随时file 485?那么这则规定中的 if
visa number is available 是指什么呢？谁的排期？一方已有绿卡，另一方file 485
有什么排期吗？ |

发帖数: 122 | 19 you definitely CAN file your 485 without job. what you need is a proof that
you keep looking for job.if an employer gives you a letter saying that they
want to hire you, then your green card will be approved for sure. but i
still suggest that you find a lawyer.a lawyer does not ask for much to file
485; as far as i know, it's a few hundred dollars to less than two thousand
dollars.
