can revoke 140 if it's fraudulent.
Pay attention to the difference btwn withdraw and revoke. Lots of people
confuse the two. My security background made me very aware the differences.
withdraw -- action by requester not issuer
revoke -- action by issuer not requester

发帖数: 7027 | 6 多谢指点，请问 140 一般多久能approve? 半年，1年？ 另外前面的问题如果A不care,
到B后除了排名不变，其他东西都要重新走一遍（广告,document, 钱等）
