Wife just got her 2nd PERM approved and will file 140 soon (her first PERM
is still in appeal.)
We still want to keep the green card process in my previous company. What's
the key point we should pay attention to?

485一般只要几个月就能拿到绿卡的吧。

赶快用EAD 找新工作，找到了就没事了，AC21 适用你的情况。

发帖数: 4195 | 9 07 大潮的时候都current了，交上去了 拿到了EAD。后来又倒退了。楼主的EB3现在肯
定没current, 所以没法批。

a little over one year, some company may not want to sponsor it. Let them
know you have EAD will increase your chance of landing a new job. |

只要在绿卡批以前找到和以前类似的工作就没问题了。

烦， 工作机会立刻增多。 |
