We have done many service requests, info pass, attorney letter and
contacting senetor (not helpful). USCIS kicked our case from TSC to Local
office back and forth. The estimated reason is that they lost our files.
Because we've been interviewed in 2009 and the decision was hold on for "
Visa Avaiiability".
I checked USCIS website, it states that:
Report USCIS Employee Misconduct
Anyone with knowledge or suspicion of criminal violations, misconduct,
wasteful activities or allegations of civil rights or civil liberties abuse
by a USCIS employee should report specific information such as date, time
and location of the incident, the specific nature of the alleged misconduct,
and the name(s) of employee(s) involved, to the DHS Office of the Inspector
General (OIG) by any of the following ways:
I think my reason is "wasteful activities" - failed to keep the file. but I
got no specific name of USCIS employee unless I find out the name of the
officer who interviewed us 3 years ago.

我的和你很像，我是07年四月底的，现在也还是没有批。
congressman帮忙问了，一直推脱说是fingerprint什么expire，最近来了打指纹的通知
，希望去打了之后有进一步的消息。
