EB2IC in 2008 was is included.
2009 case should much less than 2010.

个人认为进入inventory 应该是已经成为 demand的。

按理说有了RD都应该算pending吧，这么几百个人还包括wow的只能说明比之前估计的中
印月平均数（2000~3000）的20%左右。比移民局说的50%还要少 |

老中09pd都收了26个，烙印收了34个。难道那些都是早寄的？谁来解释以下为什么1月
的485 inventory会有老中烙印09的PD。

毕竟人家1～3月的去年12月就开始递了。老中200,烙印800,应该是准确的。

means department of state wants to collect enough I-485 applications for
USCIS to process 4 to 6 months before these applications really need a visa
number.
if H.R.3012 passes the Senate, there will be no retrogression, and we should
see EB2 VB continue to advance to probably end of 2011 or early 2012. |
